Circle Time
Community
Playdate is a guided, interactive team-building experience centered on community, connection, and shared joy. Using circle time as the foundation, participants engage in gentle yoga, bubbles, parachute play, and collaborative group activities designed to strengthen relationships and build trust.
This is circle time for big kids, a nostalgic, laughter-filled experience that invites teams to reconnect in a low-pressure, human way. Playdate supports morale, communication, and psychological safety, reminding participants that community is the foundation of thriving teams.

RECESS
Vision Board
Creativity
Recess is a restorative wellness and team-building experience rooted in creativity. Guided through The Vision Board Playbook, participants are invited to imagine freely, reflect deeply, and reconnect with possibility—without deadlines, performance, or productivity pressure.
During this guided visioning experience, each participant completes the session with a personal vision board, created either digitally or on paper. Individuals begin by clarifying personal intentions, then expand their vision to include shared team values and collective goals.
Recess supports creative thinking, innovation, and intentional goal-setting, helping teams return to work inspired, aligned, and open to new ideas.

Cognitive Development

The 3 C’s of Play
Quarterly Wellness Series
The 3 C’s of Play: Quarterly Wellness Series is a three-month corporate wellness experience intentionally designed to support sustainable well-being, not just temporary relief. Rather than offering a one-time workshop, this series allows teams to engage in play-based wellness over time, supporting deeper connection, reflection, and lasting change.
Each month focuses on one pillar of the 3 C’s of Play Framework, creating a balanced approach to team wellness that supports both individuals and the collective.
Quarterly Flow
Month 1: Playdate — Community
Teams begin the series by strengthening connection and trust. Through circle time and collaborative play, participants build relationships, increase psychological safety, and establish a foundation of belonging that supports healthy team dynamics.
Month 2: Recess — Creativity
In the second month, teams shift into imagination and intention. Guided through a creative visioning experience, participants explore personal and shared goals and complete a digital or paper vision board. This session supports innovation, alignment, and renewed motivation.
Month 3: Field Trip — Cognitive Development
The series concludes with a mind-body reset focused on mental clarity and regulation. Through yoga, meditation, and sound bath practices, participants strengthen focus, reduce stress, and integrate sustainable wellness tools they can carry forward.
