Recess

Vision Board

Recess is a vision-boarding–based corporate wellness and team-building experience rooted in creativity, intention, and imagination. This experience is intentionally designed to give professionals permission to pause, reflect, and envision what’s next, both individually and collectively.

At the heart of Recess is vision boarding as a wellness and alignment tool. Using The Vision Board Playbook™, participants are guided step-by-step through a structured visioning process that transforms reflection into clarity and creativity into action, without deadlines, performance metrics, or productivity pressure.

Why Vision Boarding at Work?

Vision boarding is more than a creative exercise; it is a powerful method for clarifying goals, strengthening motivation, and aligning intention with action. In workplace settings, vision boarding supports:

  • Creative and strategic thinking

  • Mental clarity and focus

  • Purpose-driven goal setting

  • Burnout prevention and emotional well-being

  • Alignment between personal values and organizational direction

Recess™ reframes vision boarding as a professional wellness practice, one that supports innovation, engagement, and sustainable performance.
