Prenatal Yoga is used to help mothers connect better with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible and strong helping her prepare for the challenges of labor & birth. Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation, and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with the care provider). Prenatal Yoga is a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond birth. A private postpartum yoga session offers personalized support for new mothers, focusing on gentle recovery and self-care. This tailored practice helps restore strength, balance, and flexibility while addressing common postpartum concerns such as core stability, pelvic floor health, and stress relief. With mindful breathing and guided relaxation, the session provides a nurturing space to reconnect with your body, easing the transition into motherhood. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, the session is customized to your unique needs, ensuring a safe and restorative experience that promotes overall well-being.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be booked individually or as part of a package/series. Registration confirms your participation for the scheduled session(s). Cancellation Policy — 48 Hours You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session with no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. Sessions begin promptly; late arrivals may shorten the session time. After a Series Begins All sales are final once a program or series starts. No prorated refunds for missed sessions or partial participation. Workshops & Special Events Cancellations for workshops also require 48 hours’ notice. Exceptions Consideration may be given for documented medical complications or provider-ordered exercise restrictions. Missed Sessions Make-up sessions are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
