2 Prenatal Visits (Around 28 & 37 weeks) Birth Planning, Comfort Measures, Childbirth Preparation, Breastfeeding/Postpartum Education Mini Yoga & Meditation at each visit Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy On-call 24/7 from 37-42 weeks of your pregnancy Continuous physical & emotional support for you & your partner during labor & birth and 1-2 hours postpartum 2 Postpartum 4th Trimester Support Visits Birth debrief, Maternal & Newborn Care, Light tidying and/or Sibling Support 4 weeks of postpartum text/call support Pregnancy and Postpartum care resources & referrals Complimentary Yoga For Moms Group Classes >Virtual Prenatal Yoga For Moms >Virtual Postpartum Yoga for Mom and Baby
Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be booked individually or as part of a package/series. Registration confirms your participation for the scheduled session(s). Cancellation Policy — 48 Hours You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled session with no penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. Sessions begin promptly; late arrivals may shorten the session time. After a Series Begins All sales are final once a program or series starts. No prorated refunds for missed sessions or partial participation. Workshops & Special Events Cancellations for workshops also require 48 hours’ notice. Exceptions Consideration may be given for documented medical complications or provider-ordered exercise restrictions. Missed Sessions Make-up sessions are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
