Mommy & Me Yoga

Service Description

Mommy and her child(ren) will have fun during this private yogaPLAY session. For children 0-5 years old. Using the Amaya Papaya University Method, the session will consist of Hatha yoga; a combination of breathing, yoga poses, and meditation. Games, fingerplays, music and movement will be used to teach the importance of mindfulness and ways to implement the practice at home. Session will end with a craft or sensory play activity and parent/teacher discussion time.
