Yoga for Families Classes are designed specifically for young children and their families! The classes are a fun and engaging way to promote physical activity, mindfulness, and family bonding. Led by Yolonda Deon, these sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each family member, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for everyone to enjoy. How this service can help young siblings: Bonding Time: Family yoga classes provide a special opportunity for siblings to bond with each other and with their parents in a relaxed and playful setting. Mindfulness Practices: Through guided mindfulness exercises, children learn valuable skills for self-regulation, emotional awareness, and stress management, fostering a harmonious family dynamic. Physical Development: Yoga poses and movements promote strength, flexibility, and coordination, helping children of different ages develop their physical skills together. Communication Skills: Partner and group activities encourage communication and cooperation among siblings, enhancing their social interactions and teamwork abilities.
